Tracking Data with A New Comapny

I got a email from a new company called Vend Trak. Vend Trak is a company that allows you to have digital software to keep up all your vending needs. For example, the company gives you access to managing mileage, gas, product cost etc. I think most of the time if people use their head they can go straight to Microsoft Office and get all the same forms the those companies are charging for free and save a ton of money.

The goal with a vending business is to not have to spend unnecessary cash with your business. When someone is offering you a digital way to keep up with your data for 500.00 a year then you have to ask is it really worth it. I think most of us are lazy and dont like doing the work so giving away money is easy. I truely recommend you take a look at Microsoft Office documents and you can put together a vending tracking system for free.

Why Didn’t They Retweet You? 7 Steps to Guaranteed Retweets #blogdaily 4

I just have the philosophy that you should treat people the way you’d expect to be treated in a situation, or even better. If I didn’t know you, and walked up to you on the street, and asked you to take me to the airport, bags in hand, you’d think I was nuts. You’d probably cross the street and keep walking.

When you ask a stranger to do you a favor online, that’s what you’re doing. See, I consider the fact that you’re listening to me right now a huge privilege, not an entitlement. And so I’m going to try my hardest to keep you with me. And if you’ve spent even a single dollar with me, same deal.

Is there a right way to get people to retweet you? I don’t know. But this is what I have found to be successful. Oh and before I continue, I’m not trying to be a know it all here, I’m trying to help you. I’ve done this successfully before… meaning I turned a quick retweet into front page news not too long ago.

Here’s my method.

First, before I ever need their help, I find out who the important people are in the areas that interest me, or would be good for business. Then, I weed out people I don’t share common interests with, or don’t vibe with.

Next, I start friendly conversations with these folks. The ones who don’t respond within 3 days, I don’t judge. I just focus on the ones that do, and keep monitoring them on a back burner.

Third, I do them favors. Not to create a debt vaccuum, but 1- because that’s what you do for a friend and 2- to see how they react.

Bulls Eye

When you look for locations you need not stress on just getting in any location. Locations are all over, but great locations are not in abundance. A Bulls Eye is a location that allows you to make at least fifteen to twenty five dollars a month with a quarter candy bubble gum machine. Service industry like Bail Salons Banks Beauty Salons Community service boards, and Tire Clincs etc. A Bulls Eye locations have to be sought out because they are not going to stand out as easy as the locations that are not profitable. Once you spend the five to ten hours a week looking for locations, and you find some great locations you will be onto a lifetime of profits.

location Location Location

Vending is about finding great locations. Since my inception into the vending business, I have noticed that you could have machines in several different location, but not be getting the right kind of traffic. When you look for locations to place your vending machines take a few things into consideration 1. Is the business in a major business district,2. Is the business a need for the community and does it solve a problem, 3. How much foot traffic is the business getting. If you take these few things into consideration you should see some results in generating a profit for yourself.

A business in a busy business district means revenue for your company. Most business who are in a great or busy area of town has a better chance of making money than those that are not in a heavily populated part of town. The more people the more money you have a chance of making when there a heavily populated areas. You can sometimes get what is called overflow traffic from other business if the business in that area are so crowed that they can't service the folks that come in for service.

The next area of concern is does the business solve a problem. Most people look anywhere to place a vending machine and that should not be your own methodolgy. For example, if you get an auto mechanic shop for a client there is a good chance that you will do good business, because they are solving a problem that people need like getting there cars fixed. Next, a beauty or hair salon is another location that is a service area you could see success in, because alot of folks need to get their hair and their nails done. If you were to try and place a machine in a real estate office then their is a chance that you may not make any money because the real estate office doesn't have enough traffic coming in on a regular basis.

Traffic to a business is always important when you are trying to generate some revenue. Many business don't have enough traffic coming in the door to help you make any money. Millions of business are not meeting there own numbers, and if you are in bed with them then you will not meet your numbers. When operation candy gum ball machines you should try to hit a goal of ten dollars a month at one hundred machines which would generate a thousand dollars a month for your company twelve thousand dollars a year. When you are averaging numbers like this you have a business that thriving and you can grow your revenue slowly and make a good steady profit, but if you get a business who has the illusions of traffic coming in the door, and none is showing up then you will not make any money.

So, when deciding to place machines in your area remember that location location location is your main concern and focus when building your business. If you don't have the right location then you want have the right amount of money and thats no fun at all.

Candy Cash Flow and Spolage Problems

Candy Cash Flow Tips - Do you have candy spoilage problems?

Never fill a machine up more than ¼ of the way before you know how a location is going to perform. If you are consistently having spoilage problems then you are filling your machines too high. Also, if using M&M Peanuts make sure to keep your machines out of direct sunlight.

- When you purchase candy always check the label on the store shelves; here you will find the per ounce price of the candy. You will often find that smaller bags will have a lower per ounce cost than larger bags. Location Cash Flow Tips - Take advantage of our Platinum or Gold packages that include UNLIMITED replacement locations for $20 each for two years.

- Consider this: It costs around $55 to place a machine. Now consider you keep the location for 1 and ½ years. Second, you replace the location at a cost of only $20. Over three years time you have only spent $75 on locating fees or $25 per year. Machine Cash Flow Tips

- The more inexpensive the machine is the quicker it will pay for itself. - New machines do not make more money than used machines. Now go make some quarters!
