You know every time I think I'm about to walk away from vending I see some new places to put machines. The Vending Business is a niche market that most would rather avoid. A straight lane down the road to wealth and freedom is the lane running right into the vending business.
Niche Markets are something most people probably don't even pay attention to when it comes to making money. For example, baby sitting is a niche market but what if you were baby sitting for kids with extreme disabilities ! Now you have placed yourself into a category that is unheard of and probably can really be of some use to the general public who needs those services. Another example, could be that you teach people how to raise poisonous spiders as a pet.This is a niche market that is also unheard of but you would be surprised how many people would love to have a killer spider as a pet.
So, Niche Marketing is very important because it gives you a clear advantage when doing business with someone. Vending is a great niche market for people who are looking to build up money fast and get towards creating the life they want to lead.

Many people don't look at the small part of the whole pie. Many folks are running to the Internet to create their income. If you remember before the Internet their were no online stores and folks had to hit the pavement to create additional income. Residual Income from vending is still possible if you do the work and create a simple plan to attract money. I have about 15machines and I bring in about 300 dollars of residual income each month. The real question is how do you use Grassroots marketing to attract money.
Here are some simple steps that you can use to build income.
1. Get Business Cards that you can hand out to local business
2. Place Ads on free classifieds like Craig list letting folks know you are buying business.
3. Partner with others inside the industry to help build a business
these are just a few examples that can help you build and make money

Have you ever need to have your machine repaired? If you are like most of us in the vending business you are going to have to get your machines repaired. Vending Repair is a huge part of anyones business, because machines will break down at some point and time. If you are like myself you are on a budget and repair can be costly. When looking ofr a good repair man you want to take a few things into account so that you don't end up giving all your money away. First thing you should do is do a Better Business check on the company to make sure they don't have any complaints from customers about the company. Secondly, check across the board and do a price comparison between different companies to see who has the better prices. How do You Spot A Good Location
Image via WikipediaIf you are new to the business you are probably wondering how tell if you got a quality location. You got to develop that keen sense of knowing good from bad when looking at a location. My advise is you have to do the p.m. and a.m. on any business inorder to tell if they have traffic. Lets take Mcdonalds for example, there is a period of the day when Mcdonalds slows down in doing business and then picks up at a certain time. At 6 am to 9am Mcdonalds is booming then it will slow down for a few hours and pick back up around 12pm for lunch slow again and pick up around 6pm for dinner. When you visit a business do the Mcdonalds and look to see if they are getting morning traffic and then afternoon traffic and then evening traffic. If a business is not getting any traffic when you pull during peeks of the day then thats not a good location.
Vending is like real estate once you get a good location the money just comes pouring in. It may take you some time to get a keen sense of whether a business is good for you and thats okay but visit the business several times before you make your placement on the business.
